Adam B. Tantleff, Esq.

Adam B. Tantleff is counsel to the firm, specializing in securities arbitration.

Prior to commencing his legal studies, Mr. Tantleff owned a seat on the New York Futures Exchange, now a part of the New York Board of Trade. He traded currency for Bear, Stearns & Company, where he managed spot and forward risk.

A graduate of the Fordham University School of Law, Mr. Tantleff worked with the New York Stock Exchange’s Market Surveillance group to identify abuse of the NYSE’s odd-lot system. He successfully completed a summer externship with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the Office of Mergers and Acquisitions / Division of Corporation Finance. He pursued his continuing interest in the industry through participation in the Securities Law Clinic under the direction of nationally-recognized expert Professor Romaine Gardner.

Mr. Tantleff earned National Semifinalist honors at the 2006 Robert R. Merhige, Jr. National Environmental Negotiation Competition hosted by the University of Richmond School of Law.  

He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania.
